Why do my lives keep disappearing? I play directly on FB, not via gameroom. Three times now I have logged in and almost all of my lives have gone POOF. The first time had almost 1000 lives accrued before I logged in to see less than 20. The second time I had several hundred and just today I had approx. 140 lives my last round played. I logged off for a few hours and logged back on to see only 6 lives left. I play on a desktop only, not a mobile device. I use Chrome. Nobody else has access to my computer and I have not played the game on any other computers where it could have saved my log on info. What is going on? This is just ridiculous. Can you help me out with this issue.

Lives received from Facebook friends are notifications sent in Facebook. They're held in your profile and delivered into the game once per notification.
This means that if you update Facebook, change your profile, reinstall the Facebook app or even update its app software, those Facebook notifications may get lost, as they've been delivered and cleared from the queue. While it is possible to store in-game messages from your friends, due to these factors outside our control, we cannot guarantee that they will remain on your device indefinitely.
Lives can also be lost through an update to the game, your own device or by restarting your device, which clears a certain amount of memory, depending on your device. We therefore recommend limiting the number of messages and lives that you save; a full mailbox can also affect the functionality of the game.

Freddy, I am not on a "device" I use a desktop. I have not changed my FB at all, reloaded anything nor made any changes whatsoever. The only thing I have done is I cleared my cache earlier. Also my mailbox was nowhere close to full. Also I can't submit a ticket in game because the menu where you would click for settings, help etc is all but blank. The only thing there is how to play the game.
