How do I get my preferences to stop reverting back to send emails. I’ve changed and saved already

I have set my preferences to send no emails and clicked save, it said preferences saved. This morning I had 157 emails, went to edit notifications and all my preferences had be reset. I changed them again. Said they were saved. I have contacted support but they just send email about advertising. This afternoon I’ve reset preferences at least5 times again. What’s going on?

@Dudleysmom I believe they are currently looking into this as a few people are having the same problem. D not think they have found a fix as of yet
