I am stuck on level 681 in candy crush soda saga. The fishes aren't hitting the ice blocks instead they are hitting the tiles in the opposite direction. I cannot clear the level without the fishes hitting the ice blocks. Need help

I'm stuck at level 12230. Totally impossible without buying boosters, which I refuse to do this time.
