Does anyone get charge for purchased but don't rveiece what they paid for.

Have have paid for additional boosters got charged but not received the boosters. Support apparantly looked in to this and told me I've rceoevd the boosters. I have not and it is very disspointing to pay for something and not get it. I don't know how they can say I rceoevd it. All I got was a bill.
