Weekly Race Award

I received notification that I came in second for the weekly race, but it doesn’t look as though I received any reward. What should I do?

@ElleC Heya! Welcome to the candy crush community! And this happened to me before. After a few days I started getting the rewards for it. Wait a few days if it still doesn’t work then ask again with more detail and someone will help you. ✨🌟

I was notified of winning bronze in the weekly race this week. Only problem is, i was in first the last four or five days with nobody else even close. But when the notification popped up it said i had only passed 10 levels. Heck i passed more than that on Saturday alone @Pounawea

I had passed 37 levels on magic season last week and the weekly race said i only had 19

I would appreciate any help with this!

@l84ad8 Not to worry one of the CM will move your post to the correct area.

Please check you device and game are up to date and log out and restart your device, then log back in and see if this resolves your issue.

For any missing reward please contact customer support from your game and they should help you with this. just go to game settings , help center and send them an email

Very strangevthat your cleared levels have not been counted in weekly race. So try to contact player support and also monitor from the beginning of this week now that if it is happening now or it is counting correct now.
