Hello there, welcome to the forum.
Just look at the video & see how that player did it, YMMV.
Normally you'd wanna fill up that booster bot/space dash thing before starting the level; but since that's virtually impossible now (& unless you get a lucky board), you might be screwed at the moment (for advancing).
But since this is a lower level, you shouldn't have too much trouble with it.
Give it a shot, have fun; enjoy...

Level 649
This level has easy difficulty and you need to use simple technique to complete this level. First for this level you should try to play from top part of the board and make striped candy combo like striped candy with colorbomb or with wrapped candy combo to break the blockers. After play near to jellies or make more special candies to break more jellies within less moves to get more score at the end.
