How can I reset my game for Candy Crush Saga

Hello I am trying to reset my progress back to level 1 while logged into Facebook so that I can start over playing against my friends. I've contacted customer service but no one can help me!! I am serious about resetting back to level 1, it may look like like I am on level 2000 but I didn't play all those games personally so now I want to start over.

I hope someone can answer my question instead of being directed to email customer service which just generates automated messages!!

Can a staff please do a reset for me?

@harm321 Only way is to start a new facebook account or maybe @Crazy Cat Lad can help you with getting your level manually reset. He will answer this but only in his work hours . so you will have to be patient. You will also need to post your game ID on here
