My game not working correctly

Ever since I began to play Candy Crush I made friends with other players that I personally know. I have become aware that when ever I send them or they send me a request for help they are not receiving my request. Why are my friends not able to help me progress?

Also when my account shows up on my friends list my profile picture is different than the one I have uploaded and for several weeks my game has not has any sugar drops opportunities. Why is my profile picture different and Why are sugar drops no longer available in my game?
