For this level, you have ample moves to clear the ingredients on the 3 exit points marked in orange rectangle as per my image below.
Try to avoid creating striped candies on areas marked in the red circle as it will significantly move the ingredients away from the exit point, just make sure you play along the 3 conveyor lines above the 3 exit points and you should be able to clear it once you find matching candies along that line.

Thanks so much for your help yeah I really don't like this level it takes alot more patience and strategy LOL and I feel like the tips actually make it worse in this level they don't help you.
