I am very sorry to hear about the issue with Fantastic 5 in your game!
It was not working for our team too! But, then a fix did come from the Studio and our team (well, most of them) are back.
Can you please show me a screenshot of it? So that, I can suggest any "trouble shooting tips"?
And with regards to "Bean Stalk" -- it is not consistent at all from a while! So, I would suggest you not even look for it or worry about it. If it appears in your game, climb it and enjoy the rewards, if it doesn't, just leave it. That's all we can do about it UNTIL the Studio sends a proper fix 😅
Let me see if I can find an useful discussion thread about this "Bean Stalk" issue.

@zibbit Firstly can you check for any game updates and install if there are any available. log out and restart your device. then log back in. See if this helps or if your problem still persists.
. I updated. No change. Logged in and out, twice. Restarted device. No joy! Also today, now I am not receiving lives from friends. It have never had zero lives show up in 24 hours before. My game broke😛
@zibbit Sorry that did not work can you also try . go to settings in your game and features and disable the fantastic 5 feature, leave this disabled for a few hours. Then come back and enable it, to see if this will reset you fantastic 5 feature. Post regarding lives is below
