I am very sorry to hear about the issue you are having with the game!

Are you playing on a mobile device or a PC? Do you have a Facebook account, too? If so, did you try to log in through that account and see if you are able to get into the game?

Also, are you seeing any message when you try to log-in?

May be updation will solve ur problem. Try to update and then login. I hope it will solve ur problem.
