I just bought a pack the gave me 30mins
I just bought a pack the gave me 30mins of bonuses and upgrades, but I only had 1 life left.
But the time the life recharges the bonuses will be gone and I've wasted the money?
I thought the pack would refresh the lives and give you the bonuses so you can make full use.

@Corsa224 A mistake you can learn from as you only want to purchase items if you have full lives so you can make the most use of them . Genuine mistake and although you probably wont be able to get this back there is no harm in trying customer support you never know your luck.

Hi @Corsa224 and welcome to our adorable Community 😊 The timed boosters you purchased are designed that way that the countdown starts from the moment you activate them. Next time when you purchase it please make sure that you do it when you have enough lives to use it. I hope this clarifies your situation. You can ask the support team for the refund for sure but I don't think they are doing the refund for timed boosters exactly because the way they are designed. Have a wonderful day 🤗
