Hi @AWB I checked the level on two different devices but didn't get any error message.

Right now, I'm asking you to check the steps below.

Go to Microsoft Store - Option menu (3 dots) - Downloads & Updates - Get Updates.

I hope yo'll get game update and Microsoft Store update.

If you do not get the updates, restart the device and check the level again.
