How do I maintain my present level when installing game to another device?

@BenOyins if your game is saved with a kingom or Facebook account , then you should just need to sign in with whichever account on your new device. it will sync levels and gold bars but not boosters or lives if a mobile / tablet device.

Hi and welcome @BenOyins .

Just install the game on the new device and login through ur facebook account or king account.

It will be start from the same levels. Only u will not be able to save boosters and lives from ur friends.

@BenOyins Heya! Welcome to the king community! Usually when you install your game on a new device, if you have Facebook or a king account it saves your progress which is great. But boosters will go. I hope the answers help you.

Link it with your FB or g mail account and then login with the same account on the other device and you will retain your progress!!

Hi @BenOyins pls follow the summarised pro tips below.

Before moving to your new device, follow the simple steps first as below

• Enter your game on your old device.
• Back up your progress and connect to Facebook or to the Kingdom.
• Install the game on your new device.
• Open the game and connect it back to Facebook or the Kingdom.

All your game progress and Gold Barsshould be transferred to your brand new device!

If for some reason the progress and Gold Bars do not transfer, try contacting us herewhere we can help you get them back.

Boosters, extra lives, and extra moves are only saved locally on your device in which you received them.Thus, they won't transfer across to your new device.

If you still have access to the old device everything will still be there! Use up those boosters to power through some levels before switching to your new device.
