Hi again,
I won the weekly run this week but I didn't receive the prize, in this competition I got the first place, I feel a little sad about it. The last week the prize was given the Saturday, one day before to the end of the competition, I think there is a problem with this.

Go to the game's Start Menu, then Settings - Help Center - Purchases & Gold Bars - Contact us and send them an email.
As far as hearing back from Player Support, please be patient, with so many people at home - there is a much higher demand on their time and they are working as hard as they can, but it may take a few days to get a response.

@Ycausil Firstly check you game is up to date and log out and restart your device. then log back in . this will check you up to date and reconnected to the server.
For you reward not given please contact customer support from your game and they should help you with this
