I am unable to use my boosters and I am unable to even select boosters to play the game . My win extra moves spin also is not appearing . Please help

Hi @poojakrshn pls do the following:-
1. Log out game incl. FB/ king acc
2. Clear phone cache/ storage space.. DO NOT clear data esp your game.
3. Check apps for update. If got pls proceed.
4. Reboot phone and log back in
See if it helps, please ensure your internet connectivity has no issue, cos that may also be the cause.

@poojakrshn Hi and welcome .There is no issue with this level it as it is just a points level, no boosters have been included to be used in the game. The booster wheel is a test feature so you may not always have it in your game and could also be missing due to temporary problems

@poojakrshn Hi! welcome to the forum. I believe this level is supposed to be like this, even in my app I'm not allowed to choose boosters on this specific level. Sometimes it happens, it's not a glitch.
as for the win moves wheel, this is a feature being tested on a selected players' group. not everybody gets the same features as the others. and not always the features are present, due to temporary problems.
make sure you keep your game up to date always and you too will be selected eventually :)

Slow internet, Game not connected, or some other reason, you may face such problems. You can check out some troubleshooting below.

The issue that you have mentioned regarding being unable to use boosters on levels 4603 is due to how these levels are actually each tutorial levels implemented with the release of the new Crystal Candies. For this reason, the boosters that can generally be enabled or used prior to entering the level will not appear for use on these particular levels, however they should appear on levels such as 4599 and the levels 4601 and beyond. For the 5 levels (4596 -4597 -4598 4600 4603), there is this arrangement and this is not your game problem.The boosters you had previously should still appear in your inventory, but just won't be available for the mentioned levels.
You will be deprived of all additional benefits for the specified levels.😉
