After passing a level it doesn't go automatically to next level

I saw players in our group that report "I am playing all new levels, after I pass the level it puts me back on same level . I have to get out so then when I do that they take away my one life !!! It keeps on happening. Why it does not automatically go to next level like before ???"

hi @Tzvi_Marcu i think this is a temporary problem on your device.
but something i want to tell that when you passed a level just tap next not on close button. after this your problem not solved then please uninstall the app and reinstall it your problem will be solved out but you loose all your boosters in this action.

It is not in my device, look to the post where I write that players in my group report it.

@Tzvi_Marcu There is a new episode ending see here . Had this happen to me and think it was because i exited level to quickly. Since i have been letting this complete its course and waited a second to click ok where it takes you back to map and goes to next level. It has not happened again. New feature so keeping on eye on it to see if it happens again in my game

It is not our devices. I have never had this problem on Candy Crush before but Ever since they updated this last time The game no longer seems to go to the next level automatically like before, It keeps putting me back in the same level i just finished. I end up losing lives playing on the same level i had just finished. This is not a glitch on our end it is a glitch in the game. If it was on our devices other people would not be having this same exact problem. This glitch needs to be fixed otherwise i do believe candy crush will be losing players

I've had similar chronic problems in the past. As a last resort, I uninstalled the game and then reinstalled it. Turned my phone off for over 10 seconds and then turned it back on.
It has worked every time. I did lose some levels one time when the game wouldn't connect to the internet. The other times my boosters and levels were intact.
I can think of 3 specific times I've had to do this.
