Why was my account overcharged for things, and charged for thing I didn't buy?!???

I have been a candy crush member for YEARS, but didn't begin having issues with being OVERCHARGED AND CHARGED FOR THINGS I'VE NEVER BOUGHT!!! I NEED a refund IMMEDIATELY. Sadly I don't want to play anymore. This makes me sick! Someone needs to fix this problem because in the last 2 months I've only bought certain things on certain days and there are UNBELIEVABLY TOO MANY CHARGES!!! I HAVE BEEN OVERCHARGED A MINIMUM OF $50.00-$100.00! If you care about your company, make it right!!!

Please log into your Apple-ID or Google Play account depending on if you play on iPhone or Android and report the incorrect charges to Apple or Google directly.

If your Apple-ID or Google Play account has a pin or password requirement for all purchases and you haven't lent out the device to anyone or shared your device's login details to anyone, Apple and Google should refund any incorrect charges.

Please note that if someone else has made these purchases they may not refund you since you will need to make sure your payment details are protected with a pin, password, face recognition etc.

Hi there, while waiting for your problems to be resolved. Please immediately disabled all in-app purchase function in all your devices or contact your bank to deactivate any active credit/debit cards to prevent further unauthorised purchases.

You may also report to Apple/Google Play on such issue.

If you play on mobile, then please email Player Support directly from the game.

When sending an email directly from the game, Player Support will automatically get your purchase history and all transactions the recent 90 days.

Go to the game's Start Menu, then Settings - Help Center - Purchases & Gold Bars - Contact us and send them an email.

But the community dont deal with purchases plz. Contact directly from ur game application to the support and they have ur purchase history.

Changing from Facebook Account to Gmail
I used an old Facebook account to create one for my Candy crush Saga game. Is there a way to change it and use my Gmail instead?

I got a pop up saying unlimited play for 1 hour with perks And nothing after no play or perks 🤷‍♀️
