Follow-up question to my "syncing progress" question (ACCIDENTALLY ACCEPTED ANSWER)

I realized I already had an account and I accidentally signed up with an email that blocks almost all emails, so I can never get the confirmation, which means my progress will never be actually saved and I can't change it because changing it needs your password, I forgot my password, and getting the email resets your DESKTOP's account's password, meaning that you can never reset your mobile account's password. This means that my account is useless. Can I make another account or is my only option Facebook?
