I send lives but only one persons gives back. Why don't I get my rewards

We warmly welcome you to the Friendly King Community's Candy Crush Saga forum.
You will only get lives in the game from friends but will not get any rewards because there is no option to exchange rewards.If you're experiencing intermittent issues, we would recommend re-sending the request and if possible, check with your friend that they're receiving and responding to them.
Don't forget that you can always request plenty more lives at any time from your friends.

you may also need to check your Facebook permissions and make sure everything is enabled and active
Check your app permissions
When you give an app access to your Facebook account, that access expires after 90-days. Once it passes that date, the app loses access to your account, which may stop it from working as intended.
You can check which apps are active, expired or have been removed from your account by accessing this link: https://www.facebook.com/settings?tab=applications
If an app is listed as ‘expired,’ it does not have permission to access any of your data, which means your friends list and progress may not sync with the game.
Click ‘Renew Access’ to reactivate the app’s permissions.
You might also want to check your active app-permissions by clicking the ‘view and edit’ link. If 'Friends list' is not selected, our games will not be able to access your friends, and you will not be able to send messages or receive lives from them.
Remember, you'll have to do this every 90 days.

Pertaining to your second question, there are 2 possibilities.
1. You won in events like Fast Race, Weekly Race, Dexter Challenge but didn't receive reward. If yes, plead contact our Support team by clicking on the "contact us" at the bottom of this page. You may be compensated if you really won them.
2. You suddenly don't see the daily booster wheel, or calendar treat in your game. Such features are being rolled out to players from time to time for testing before the actual implementation. So you may have it this week and not have it the week after. Just stay tune and continue playing the game as it may appear any time.
Please also ensure to check for new updates on your game for new level etc.
