Not receiving any episode bonus

When I complete an episode I get a congratulatory screen with a list of bonuses I should receive, including unlimited lives for a specified amount of time. However, I never actually receive those bonuses. What am I doing wrong?

Hi there, is there a claim button for you to collect/accept the bonuses or rewards? If yes and you didn't do anything about it, you may have missed the prize. Please contact our Support team by clicking on the "Contact us" and report your issue, they are able to track whether you've won the prize and may be you'll get them.back.
