Custom F5 Team Not Accruing Points

There are three of us on a team. But although we're each playing and passing levels, only my account is accruing points towards the team goal.

Anyone else encountering this? (I did a search on this forum and didn't find any existing threads).

@steinein There is a problem with the graph not showing properly which the game team are working on. Although the graph is not working your scores should be added in the background and when you hit the milestones you rewards should be given as long as within the time limit of the feature

You can try to check for game update, sign out and restart your device and log back in to see if anything changes.

If your friends are playing with you then points will be added to your team and there is nothing wrong with that.

If you can't find their points here, it means your game isn't syncing with the server or your friends aren't playing the game regularly.

Welcome to the community. Plz. Log out clear cache, update ur game application and login again. A graphic issue in f5 is going on at the moment. Hopefully it will be resolved soon.

Hi there, a advised by @Pitty_Kitty a screenshot of your F5 team will be helpful. I think your friends may have syncing issue since their points are not accumulating even though they've passed a level. You may ask them to do the simple troubleshooting shooting techniques as follows:-

1. Log out from all acc and game
2. Clear cache EXCEPT data
3. Update game if not updated
4. Restart device and log back in as usual

Or as mentioned by Sukanta, your friends are not playing regularly.
