I’ve emailed through the game and heard nothing back, I’ve posted on here and was given tips to try no luck, I have no clue what level I was on all I know is I’ve been playing for years spent 1000s and now I have nothing it’s all the candy crush games not just the original I’m really annoyed now

It'd be better to report this in the first discussion you opened about this problem so the infos about it don't get lost :)

@lisajoy08 You would need to know a rough idea of level you were on and we you might be able to get your levels manually restored. The person that can do this is away till next Monday but i will follow up on this for you then. He maybe able to PM you to get a few details from you, to get this done
