Fantastic five hasn't been working correctly for quite a while. I sometimes get 25 points a day when I log in, but there are no team updates and it has 0 days left. The team has not reset in several weeks. Is this game still supposed to be playing? If so, why is mine frozen?
We've received a few more reports about that and it's probably a temporary issue. I am going to report the issue to my team and I hope your problem will be solved very soon.

The problem is F5 is still a test feature. As far as my knowledge about f5 is concerned, Fantastic 5 belongs to the test group and this feature will not be available in everyone's game.So remember the test group feature can go away any time. And it may be having some temporary issues. And come back to u.
Mr. @Sukanta_Biswas Will surely inform us if he has some new info. About this issue.
@MarciaBilton . There a few people having this issue which we are aware of.
Can you check your game is up yo date if connected to facebook sign out of this and the game and restart you device, log back in. See if this changes anything with the feature.
If not can you post your game Id and will pass on to see if someone can look at your issue

Plz. Logout then update ur game application, clear cache except game data and login again. If problem still persists then plz. Look at the below link.

Please Check app update - Log out game - Restart Device - Open game and Log in.
My computer is set for auto updates. I logged out of fb and then restarted my computer and there is no change on the fantastic five as Freddy_Falkner instructed me to do. I don't know how to just log out of the game itself and I don't know how to clear the cache except game data as Aijaziqbal said to do.

Sukanta, Has there been any progress on the fantastic five problem? It still isn't working. You indicated that it was a temporary issue. It's now been 9-10 days since I brought up the problem and wondered if anything has been discovered as to why it doesn't work.
is your game upto date? like did u update the game?

Thank you aijazibal for letting me know it's a test feature. I did not know this. I will wait and see if they fix it.
