I was stuck at level 291 for two weeks but since I came here and read a comment about updating the app,I did so and pass it on my first try after updating the app

Level 291
This level have normal difficulty and you need to use good technique to complete this level. For this level first try to break the blockers so ingredients wont stuck on it. After try to play from bottom and make special candy as you get chance.
