This has been a pay with gold bars option now for weeks. The free option every 48 hours no longer there. I use iPhone8. I’ve had this option for years. It makes it hard to move on. I have uninstalled, reinstalled, signed out, signed in, cleared cache & restarted device. I’ve seen similar discussions but no fix yet. Is support working on it?

The free extra spin feature belongs to the test group so we can't say for sure you will always find this feature in your game. Sometimes such features may be missing in the game due to temporary problems and then it returns to the game normally.
