and welcome, the extra moves wheel is a test feature and is not guaranteed to be in your game all the time. Test features are groups of randomly selected people. This just means you may no longer be in the test group, but you could be again the future. It may also be missing due to a temporary problem.

Hi, It might be because you don't have an internet connection or it may be offline because of a glitch in which case you might have to wait a little bit for it to fix its self, could you possibly post a screen shot?
