try removing the game from your Facebook account, then once you readd it, it should ask for permissions again.

Hi there Temmy and good day to you.

If you are using the new FB layout, please go to your account, located at the top right corner, with a "down" button sign.

Click on "switch to classic facebook".

Under the classic facebook. Go to the setting button and you can see the Blocking feature on the left hand panel as per image below. Click on it

Then scroll down until you see "Block Apps" as per image below. Then select unblock for Candy Crush.
