This level has medium difficulty. For this level try to play more from top part of the board to shuffle the candies. Try to make striped candy from top part of the board and combine with other special candy to break more candies and jellies.

I hope the above video help you pass the level. Since you are out of boosters, try to complete the chocolate box event, if you have it and replay old levels to complete the quest and earn boosters.
The strategy is to create striped candies to open up the lower sections and break the blockers. Then try to create colour bomb plus wrapped candy combination to help open up the rest. This is a hard difficulty level and hope you'll pass it.
