Why is it stuck on a level that I already passed?

Hello,
I finally passed level 2032. It took many days and many many lives. I just logged on and am not able to go on to the next level. It's very frustrating to have to pass a difficult (and not fun) level AGAIN. I assume that the game is automatically saving my progress. Is there a way to keep from losing a passed level?
Thank you for letting me vent.

Very sorry for to hear about this that u have to clear this level again. But hopefully as u have done it once u surely can do it once again.
Right now i am giving u some tips. Plz. Follow them to avoid this in future.
Make your device software auto update.
Make your game app auto update.
Don't open game when battery below 25%
Don't accept incoming call when you playing this game.
Close all background running app before start this game.
Make free device internal memory up to 2 GB
Keep RAM free.
For level 2032 watch this video tips.

Sorry to here you did not move on from this level. Sometimes if you exit the level to quickly it does not register the level as correct. you always need to make sure that the stars for the level show up and then you exit the level.Β
Level 2032. For this level try to play from bottom part of the board to shuffle the candies and make special candy as you get the chance. Combine them with each other special candy or use striped candy to break the blockers that are in middle part of the board. Try to break the yellow candy as you get the chance.

@donnachilders Hi and welcome and sorry to here this has happened to you., but as @kiara_wael has mentioned you need to make sure you do not exit the game to quickly as it will not register the level. You need to make sure the game shows the score and stars before exiting the level. Unfortunately all you can do now is try replay the level again but at least you know you can do it and you were able to vent.
