Assuming your game is saved, log out of it and close the programme for a minute or so (even turn off your device & restart it); then open it and log back in, also try clearing the cache to see if it will help.

But write your messages in English over here, or click this if you know a bit of Spanish (mas escreva suas mensagens em inglês aqui, ou clique aqui se você conhece um pouco de espanhol)...
