What is the purpose of this community?

Level 2

I find a lack of consideration and respect for all loyal Candy Crush players when we have a problem or need support from the app's developer team and we are left with no answers to our questions. More respect and more attention to our problems. I am two weeks away from being able to play because I am waiting for new levels and nothing to solve the problem, I believe it is the problem of many players around the world and many who are here on the forum waiting for a team position and nobody has the will to answer . Please, more respect with the community.

    I am so sorry i misunderstood ur question.

    As below our CM told that he has moved ur question to support section. Which i believe already answered.

    Hopefully today new levels will be released.

    If u have any query u can ask in support section. We will try our best to reply as quickly as possible.

    I saw that you posted your support question in Level helps and tips and as a discussion last week.

    If you need any help, please post it as a question and under Support here to get help from other players or us CM:s. I moved your post to Support and edited it into a question.


    You seem to have reached the current last level in the game which explains your issue. More levels are on the way though, please stay tuned in the game and keep an eye for updates.

    There is no error in your game, you simply need to wait for the next update with more levels!
