Salam,
See my image above. I've got impossible to finished level. There still 5 more yellow candy. But there's no question mark candy.
When I merge chocolate candy with stripe or wrapped candy, the question candy become stripe or wrapped candy. The question candy not become yellow candy.
Is it a bugs? I lost my more than 10 winning strike btw.

Level 2071
For this level try to play from middle part of the board and make special or try to mystery or lucky candy to break them to get yellow candy. Or play near to them or use special candy to break yellow candies.
Yellow candy will out from on the top
