Problem with team goal rewards

I got the problem with team goal work as didnt get the 3rd final rewards ( UFO & 1 hours colour candy & wrap up candy) and its straight away to the beginning team goal with reward the 1 hammer.

Thank you for the respond, im in custom team, and yes the players are change but that was long time ago, just didnt get it why i didnt get the last reward and it was straight to the first again normally don't have any problem with it.

@Sitichka typically teammates coming or going triggers it for me. I have lost thousands of points during the process.

I did have it happen randomly exactly how you are describing. The final reward showed up later when the next round was well underway. That has only happened once.

It is always frustrating. Everyone works so hard to win the reward.
