Level 7328

For this level try to play near to chocolates or from where more candies are available to play. Use more striped candy or play near to chocolates with wrapped candy to break them all within 26 moves

It is the reality that the levels are tweaked often by the studios. And they do this to maintain the competivetiness on these levels.

They have all the data like how many players completed this in how many moves. How many boosters used.etc etc.

But above all it is difficult to maintain a high standard in too easy and too difficult but they are trying.

Cobgratulations if you already passed it. But as a good player you already know how to pass the tough situations.

@Tony_Tan Hi and welcome. Levels get amended all the time to make them more competitive if they seem to easy and also if some are to hard they are amended to make them easier. Here is a video of 7328 with same lay out as yours and 26 moves. Should give you some hints and tips on passing this level. IT is a hard one so can take some patience

The video you saw was recorded from an older version of the game.

Your main goal will be to clear the isings because you will get incessant stripped candy from there which will help you to collect dark Chocolates. The faster you can go deeper the level will be easier for you.
