Hi, is there a reason that anyone knows of that could be causing the game to crash on my phone for the last 3 days? It's working on my laptop. Thank you

    Hii there!

Candy Crush Saga is a popular mobile game that is able to be played on both iOS devices and Android phone mainly. Unfortunately, quite a few players complain that it appears to crash, fail to load, fail to connect to Facebook and even stop working. Why is this game not responding? Now let's guess the reasons.

    • 1. Software trouble: Such as App stuck when update to latest version.
    • 2. Equipment trouble: Such as device is burning hot, not enough storage space in Apple/Android device, etc.

    Firstly!

Is your app up to date? Have you cleared your cache and cookies recently and logged in & out of your profile recently. If not try those steps to try and resync your device.

    Or else...

To be honest, once the Candy Crush Saga is crashing while using Apple device, one of the better alternatives is to take advantage of Tenorshare iCareFone and fix it. This software is designed to protect, repair, clean, optimize and speed up iOS device. See the writing and video guide as below.

    • Download, install, launch Tenorshare iCareFone and connect iPhone/iPad to your computer. Tap the "Speedup & Clean" option.
    • Click the "Quick Scan" button to free up storage space for your iPhone/iPad easily.
    • After that, click on "Clean" button of the "Apps" option. Then close the software and disconnect the device to computer. Finally reboot Candy Crush Saga again.

@TraceyLee Hi! welcome to the community :)

What device are you playing on?

Try following these tips and see if they stop the crash from recurring:

    • Make your device software auto update.
    • Make your game app auto update.
    • Don't open game when battery below 25%
    • Don't accept incoming call when you playing this game.
    • Close all background running app before start this game.
    • Make free device internal memory up to 2 GB
    • Keep RAM free.

    @TraceyLee hi and welcome

In very rare circumstances, there may be a widespread issue delivering the game to you - but this is very uncommon. If you’re having problems playing the game, it’s worthwhile doing some housekeeping steps on your device to maximize the chances of the game running smoothly for you.

Please try all the options below to resolve the issue:

    • Force close all apps and restart your device making sure to leave it switched off for at least 10 seconds before turning it back on again.
    • Look for any updates for your device and the game app.
    • Make sure that you have sufficient memory free on your device. We normally recommend having at least 2GB free. If you have less than this be sure to free up some memory to enable the game to run as smoothly as possible.
    • As a last resort, we can try deleting and reinstalling the game as it usually fixes most issues. Simply make sure that your game is safely backed up to your King or Facebook account before proceeding with this step.*

*Please also note that any boosters or extra lives stored in the game may also be lost during this process, so it's worth trying to use them up before reinstalling.

Hi @TraceyLee and welcome to our Community!

It's very hard to say when we don't know what device you play on or have any access to it, but try these steps to get the game working again:

-Make sure the OS is updated top the latest version. Android needs to be at least Android 5 and iPhone iOS 8 or later version.

-The RAM needs to be at least 1 GB on the phone

-You will need to have at least 2 GB of free memory

-Force close/ for stop all apps and restart the device

-As a last resort reinstall the game app

Hey! Would you like to give us your opinion?
