Plz. See the video for some helpful hints. Video may differ as per moves available but the main concepts and tips will be useful.
Match candies near the bottom of the playing field as often as you can. Doing this will shift the largest amount of candies, hopefully start a chain reaction and create new opportunities to make special candies. If you happen to make a Color Bomb candy either combine it with a special candy or at the very least collect purple candies with it.
Patience is the key here take your time before each move. Best of luck.

@Anushasomesula Hi and welcome, the latest video i could find of this level, should give you some hints and tips on this level, it is a nightmarishly hard level. So can take a few attempts and a lucky board can be very handy. You need to concentrate on top of board and make as many special candy as possible.

Level 459
This level have normal difficulty and you need to use good technique to complete this level. For this level you should try to break the twister and make colorbomb or break purple candy as you get chance. Combine colorbomb that you get with purple candy to reduce the order candies. After play near to purple candies to break them or use wrapped candy with other special candy combo so more candies will appear that will help to break all purple candies order.
