Transferring data

I am trying to transfer game data from my iPhone 8 Plus to my iPhone 11. On my new phone, it is set to level 10. I am on level 1405 on my new phone . Data has been backed up on the iCloud but candy crush is the only thing that didn’t transfer .please help

Hi @lisa46 and welcome to our Community!

iCloud should transfer the whole game, but since it's provided by Apple and not us, we cannot help you out o this if it doesn't work. You will need to contact Apple Support on this.

Have you connected the game to your Facebook or King account? In this way the game should transfer over through King's servers?

Customer Care was able to restore my levels after trouble shooting did not work.
