Hi,
Before anyone suggests the following: Yes, my Candy Crush is updated to the latest version and yes, my phone software is up to date as well, and I only play CC on my iPhone, not over multiple devices.
Question: My boosters aren’t showing in game. When I select a level I can see the start button and the ‘play ad’ button to start the game with a booster but can’t select any boosters manually. I have attached a picture below to show what I mean.
I normally play through WiFi but I have recently moved and WiFi isn’t currently set up. I have unlimited data on my phone so it’s not a connection issue and I can physically play the game, I just can’t select boosters so it puts me at a disadvantage. Does anyone have any suggestions on what to do? Urgent help and advice would be so appreciated. Oh, I should also add this is only on new levels. On levels I have previously played, the boosters show up.

As you may have noticed, some of the levels do not have any pre-game Boosters because the first move is limited.
The Booster Bot do not yet notice this and throws out the Booster on the level which makes it impossible to make a move.
Many player get stuck on level 5676, but this can happen on other levels as well that start without any pre-game Boosters:
To fix this and reset the Bot that is the cause of the issue, enter a previous level and fail it. The Bot will then be reset and you can now go back to your level an play it correctly.
