Hi, this morning I noticed three friends were not showing in my team and our progress was stuck on 7000/7000. My friend's device shows they are still in the team.

That is the graphics problem listed. your scores do not add up to the 7000 so graph is showing wrong.But the Team is aware of that graphic error and they are trying best to fix it.

@KFN_King Hi and welcome there is an issue which the graph on Fantastic 5 that is effecting some people that is currently being looked into. we have no time frame on a fix for this at the moment. we are told it is only the grapgh that is the issue but the game will be counting your scores in the background and your rewards will be given when you reach the targets as long as its in the allotted time

Please do the standard troubleshooting by Log out, update your game application, switch on and off your device and log in.

Fantastic five is showing a graphic error at the moment and already reported to king studios. The feature is showing 7000 but if you manually add your team score it is not 7000. But in the background it is working accurately. And once you reach the actual target you will surely recieve your rewards. We are hoping this problem will be resolved soon.

Since there is a graphic issue in F5 team total scores, you may try to keep track of your scores manually going forward to ensure that you reach the required milestones, collect your well-deserved rewards within the given time frame 😊
