    None of my gold bars were ever restored and no one got back to me.

    I'm sorry the issue is not solved yet! I've just seen your post and I'd be glad to help. First of all, can you confirm which game we're talking about? Is it Candy Crush Saga, or Soda?

    Candy Crush Saga - I'm on level 3807 and my gold bars disappeared. I currently have 5 - I should have more than 25.

    Thanks for your reply - hope you can get me fixed as I was saving them for a tough level....which I'm at!
