Check app update Log out of game restart device> open game and log in.

Sorry on the delay in response @aijaziqbal and @tratelqalam. I did lose live again on Sat, but so far no problems on Sun or this evening, so fingers crossed it will stay that way for a little while. 🤞

I think now the issue I'm having in my game is down to this tiffi beach games event. I had been receiving lives as usual without issue the last few days, then as soon as I log in today, which coincided with week 3 of the beach games I'm now back to my lives disappearing again. This makes me dislike this new event even more.
