Prizes not awarded for winning Beach Games
I won Tiffy's Beach Games last week when the goal was to collect gold crowns. I was quite a bit ahead of the next competitor and stopped playing about 3 hours before the challenge was up. When I logged in later, assuming I would receive prizes, the game had disappeared and nothing was awarded to me. How do I collect prizes for winning the challenge?

If you missed any rewards from an event, please email Player Support directly from the game so they can check it up.
Go to the Settings in the game and then Help Center. Choose a topic and you'll find the 'Contact us' button in the bottom of the page.

you will have to contact them from here if you wish to report this to get your rewards.
Please keep in mind there is a backlog so you won't get a response right away so it can take some time. In the meantime, don't miss out on the other events that rewards you free boosters.

@Charly-4 Hi and welcome, I had exactly the same it just disappeared. but yesterday when i restarted my device and log back into game i got a pop up with my reward. So may be worth a try, as i did not expect it. if not you will need to follow @Crazy Cat Lad advice above
