Well i will not recommend that but certainly you can try. The game needs your concentration to play smartly to clear levels. And if you will concentrate on the game and not on your surroundings it can be dangerous so a No from me.

The game need our concentration to clear up the level in first try as much as best.so while you play you need some patience and more importantly concentration is needed.this is not a advise for u ND just my thoughts that's it.

I do not advise you to do that because the game requires great focus and patience in some levels while you are walking, and you must pay attention in front of you on a road and that you walk do not think of anything else that you may have an accident or collide with something and harm yourself. I do not advise you to play and walk at the same time
