Hello I am not new 😂
You already know me, but I need help 🙏
I had never noticed the "mastery trophy" competition until I came to the community. My poor vision means that I cannot read the instructions on the screen (I play on a mobile and it does not allow zooming) so I don't know exactly how to get those trophies. I also don't know how sugar stars are earned. My question is is there any chance my competition won't work? That it is not active? I ask this because the level is always down, it doesn't go up, the trophies are 0, and it misses me a lot, because all my friends are winning those trophies and they are worse players than me. Thanks in advance for the answer If they need my ID to verify this, they ask me for it

Hi @hechicerilla .
If Master trophy feature is available in your game it means it is perfectly working.
So see there are 4 trophies. If you clear levels on your 1st try.
Bronze. You will get if you pass 6 levels on 1st try out of 15 levels.
Silver. If you clear 9 levels on 1st try out of 15 levels.
Gold. If you clear 12 levels on 1st try out of 15 levels.
Diamond. If you clear all 15 levels on 1st try.
Sugar stars are earned if you get a really high score in any level.
If you dont clear any level on 1st try but you get sugar stars on that level afterwards it will also be included as cleared as 1st try.

One more tip try to check your previous episodes if you have any golden crowns in those episodes 4 or 5. It means you have cleared those levels in 1st try. So on remaining 10 levels try to get sugar stars and you will get the trophy.
Also make sure that you are having master trophy feature in your game and it is activated. Please check this screenshot.

Please Try To clear Level In Your First Try because Here Are A profit when We Are Completing An Episode In Our First Try We Won Diamond Trophies It doesn't Matter That We Have Suger Stars Or Not.

For Bronze Trophy You will get if you pass 6 levels on 1st try out of 15 levels Or Have suger stars
For Silver Trophy. you must clear 9 levels on 1st try out of 15 levels. Or Having Suger stars All 9 Levels

For Diamond trophies you must clear all 15 levels on 1st try. or having suger stars on all 15 levels
