Welcome to the King Community.
Normally new levels are released on Wednesdays every week and you always have to keep your app up to date with the latest version. You should first check the app update by following the steps below.
- Select the Start screen, then select Microsoft Store.
- In the Microsoft Store app, click or tap the "..." (three dots) menu button from the top-right corner. In the menu that opens, click or tap on "Downloads and updates.
If you do not get the app update here, you will need to update the Microsoft Store.
In the Microsoft Store app, click or tap the "..." (three dots) menu button from the top-right corner - Download and Updates - Get Updates - Check if Microsoft store is on the update list.

Sweet Love Haha@VeerleToots Hi and welcome, Please make surer your Microsoft windows 10 is up to date in system settings . always handy to make sure your automatic updates are on and installed. Then check Microsoft store to see if there is an update for the game. Log out and restart your device when all installed and your game should be up and running again.
