When I go to spin for more lives it doesn’t give me the option to spin. Only the option to spend 10 gold bars. Help. Please fix. Tlcdx2

@Pip_C Hi and welcome, This is still part of the same test feature. i have lost the feature on one of my devices but still have ot available on the other device where i can still get free spin and 7 gold bars extension. So im still in the test group on this device on the other im not as only have option to pay 10 gold bars to spin

It’s not just the free spin that’s missing it’s the 7gold spin that is also missing.. we understand that videos and free spins aren’t always available but there is no option except to play for 10 gold?

Free spin wheel is a bonus feature in the game. And like all other bonus features it is not permanent part of the game. All the bonus features including free spin wheel are awarded to different players time to time. There is no guarantee that any feature might stay with you for all the time. Bonus features are shuffled, and replaced time to time. Having said that it may also be unavailable due to some technical issues. Just keep your game updated and be hopeful that it might return to you in future.

Many players are complaining on the missing free moves wheel. Mine is gone too. We can only hope it comes back. No features are guaranteed in this game and any missing feature does not mean your game is not working. However, do keep updated to make sure you don't miss any offered features.
