Why won’t you give my levels back?

I still don’t understand why you won’t give me my points and levels back when you’re the ones who lost them in your back up. Not quite fair. I am currently on level 7535 and 65. When you lost all my data I was on 129. Still don’t think it is fair not to give me back my levels. I have a screen shot from April 2020 showing level 128. See attached. All of my data was backed up. Please restore to 129. Tlcdx2

Did you get sent to the end of the game and you want to be back to 129? What device do you play on? Have you tried logging out and restarting?

Please Log out the game clean cache files of your device and reboot the device.

Now Relogin After 5 minute It will be fixed.

in my weekly contest it is not recording my progress. It says I have only won 5 levels this week and I’ve actually won like 7 episodes. I have played at least 150 levels this week. I am Nikki #8 on the list
