Lives received from Facebook friends are notifications sent in Facebook. They're held in your profile and delivered into the game once per notification.

This means that if you update Facebook, change your profile, reinstall the Facebook app or even update its app software, those Facebook notifications may get lost, as they've been delivered and cleared from the queue. While it is possible to store in-game messages from your friends, due to these factors outside our control, we cannot guarantee that they will remain on your device indefinitely.

Lives can also be lost through an update to the game, your own device or by restarting your device, which clears a certain amount of memory, depending on your device. Noted that you are not receiving lives from friends and the lives sent from your friends were missing. Please refer to the following steps and see it if helps:-

1. Ensure that your game/app is the latest version (1.182). IF not, please update to this version.
2. After update, please restart your device.
3. Log back into your game as usual and connect to your game account accordingly.
4. The requests from lives may not appear all but I think you'll have some.
5. Continue to send request for lives from friends as usual and wait for them to response. If any of your friends list are close friends, please message them to see whether they have received requests.
