Level 1
So when I'm in a game and I only need one more move, I use my gold to get more turns so I can successfully finish the level. But what it does is it just takes so long to load, then the app crashes and it takes 10 gold. It's done this three times. I don't know what to do about that.
Another thing that's happened is when I complete a level on the first try, it doesn't give me the crown thing. I've completed over 10 on the first try in a row and it only said I did 4.. Restarting my phone/the app doesn't work. What should I do?

Sorry for your gold bars, I'm not sure customer support can refund them in this case. you could try contact them throught the game app, though.
Are you still having a crashing problem? If so, when has it started? was it normal before and something changed?
For this kind of problem you should check for app latest update and phone software update. What phone do you have? Android needs to be at least Android 5 and iPhone iOS 8 or later version.
